Event Mission:
Inspire children's interest in the diverse cultures and heritages that surround them; prompt young artists to study the culture of a neighbor or a grandparent and express it in the form of visual art; showcase local talent; make the world smaller and better by bringing international children's art to Eugene.

All works must be signed by the artist on the front of the canvas or on the back (the very young artists may use parents' help).
